The First Quarter Awards for excellent academic performance and behavior ceremony was highly attended. Several students also received awards for outstanding performance in the Fall 2019 session of the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) test. In secondary school, students received Honor Roll and High Honor Roll awards for distinguishing themselves academically.

Parental involvement children's education is a primordial responsibility that AISB seeks to encourage. On November 7 and 8, there were student-led conferences in which students took ownership of their learning and walked their parents through their work and progress at school with the guidance of their teachers.

Halloween celebration was so much fun this year. Students received prizes for the cutest, scariest and most creative costumes. AISB is thankful to Park n Shop for their generosity in providing the prizes.
AISB is leading the trail in 21st century technology. As a step towards the implementation of makerspace and STEAM, the school has invested in 3D printers to promote active learning, improve student participation, encourage critical thinking, and turn subjects into careers. Students sacrificed their fall break to be trained on 3D printing by experts from Switzerland.
Back to School Night at AISB was highly attended, which is an important mark of parents' involvement their children's education.
